Abu Dhabi International Airport Terminal
The Abu Dhabi International Airport Terminal is currently one of the largest and most complex projects in the world. The terminal building has a central unit and four terminals spread out to form an “X” shape. The overall steel structure design can accommodate 65 most advanced and modern commercial jumbo jets at the same time.
FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel
The project is located on the beautiful Palm Island in Dubai. This project won the Best Hotel Design Award of the 7th Middle East Architect Awards.
Dubai Opera
Adjacent to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Opera, Act 1 and Act 2 undertaken by CSCEC were officially completed. The two skyscrapers Act 1 and Act 2 are located in the center of Dubai, where you can fully experience the multicultural fusion of Dubai. If you want to watch an opera in Dubai during FIFA 2022, you will find two brand new skyscrapers next to the world’s tallest Burj Khalifa.
Dubai Digital Park
As the flagship project of the Smart Dubai 2021 Strategy, the project has reached the LEED Gold certification of the Green Building Council. It is the first comprehensive smart park in the Middle East, where there are smart hospitals, smart schools, and smart electric cars. It is also known as Dubai silicon valley.
The Aspire Tower & Burj Doha Tower
The 300-meter-high Aspire Tower is the tallest building in Qatar. Burj Doha Tower has a total height of 238 meters. It was designed by French architect Jean Nouvel and constructed by CSCEC. Its facade is a metal curtain wall with multi-layered ancient Islamic cultural patterns with sunshade function. The tower’s structure adopts a spiral column and prestressed ring beam support system, which maximizes the utilization efficiency of the internal space. The project won the 2012’s Best Tall Building in the Middle East and North Africa Region.
The Doha Katara Towers & Aykon City Tower B
Katara Tower is Qatar’s first six-star hotel and a landmark in Doha. In Dubai, Aykon City Tower and Katara Tower undertaken look very similar, and they are located next to the Dubai Water Canal in Dubai's Business Bay. Consisting of 964 serviced apartments and 324 hotel units, it provides residents with five-star convenient transportation and living facilities.
Lusail Stadium & Meydan Racecourse
Lusail Stadium is a football stadium located in Lusail, Qatar, which will serve as the final venue for the 2022 FIFA World Cup with a capacity of 80,000 spectators. The Meydan Racecourse in Dubai is the most luxurious racecourse in the world, which was completed by CSCEC after three years of construction. In addition to the grandstand that can accommodate 60,000 people, it also has a two-kilometer horse tunnel and the world’s largest and longest outdoor LED screen. The Meydan Racecourse is not only a new benchmark for racecourse design, but also another new landmark in Dubai after the Burj Khalifa.
Msheireb Downtown Doha & Downtown view Dubai
Msheireb Downtown has modern architecture, gleaming white mosques and a collection of historical museums housed in elegant Arabian mansions. Also in the center of Dubai across the sea, Downtown view Dubai undertaken by CSCEC is the largest construction project. Covering a floor area of about 36,000 square meters, Downtown view Dubai is the largest contract awarded by Emaar Properties after the tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
