At the project site, Rayajul quickly formed a close working relationship with his Chinese colleague, Chen Zheng. Over time, their collaboration grew stronger, and Rayajul had become an expert in his role. His hard work culminated in winning an award in an international Chinese language competition organized by CSCEC in 2023.

Through the Up We Build program, CSCEC has cultivated a workforce of both managers and highly skilled industrial workers. Through the Up We Build College, CSCEC has conducted over 50 training sessions, producing more than 100 engineers and 800 technical personnel, while also creating job opportunities for 35,000 local residents in surrounding communities.
