CSCEC has successfully completed the Imperial Lexis Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, establishing a new urban landmark that combines high-end hotels and luxury apartments.

The project is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with a total built-up area of 97,000 square meters and a height of 236.2 meters. It serves as a complex of a five-star hotel and luxury apartments, featuring 272 sky pool villas, 164 suites, and a 215-meter-high glass  walkway.

This project introduced the smart construction site system to the Malaysian construction market, using a bilingual operating system interface in both Chinese and English. It also introduced a smart construction site mobile app, greatly improving the user experience for employees and enhancing the adaptability of the smart construction site system overseas.

The project employed several advanced and efficient construction methods, significantly improving the progress and safety of the main structural construction and ensuring high-quality delivery.
