Recently, the podium of the CSCEC-built new office building project of Algeria's Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning and the City was topped out, marking the second topping-out of the project's main structure and laying a solid foundation for achieving the overall construction goals.

The podium structure of comprises nine blocks, including four underground levels and five above-ground levels, with a total area of 29,200 square meters. The first raft slab for the podium was poured on September 9, 2023, and the topping-out was completed on March 30, 2024, with a total of 14,500 cubic meters of concrete poured for the nine blocks. As of now, both the conference hall and the podium have been successfully topped out, with plans for the tower to be topped out in June. External and internal finishing works for the tower and conference hall are progressing steadily.
