Recently, the Tengwang Pavilion Scenic Area and its northward expansion project, a cultural heritage preservation project, undertaken by CSCEC, grandly opened to the public. Tens of thousands of citizens and tourists attended the completion-themed events.

Located on the northern side of the Tengwang Pavilion Scenic Area, with the Ganjiang River to the west, the project covers an area of approximately 125,000 square meters, including new construction and renovation in the North Garden, South Garden, and East Garden. Following the completion, the scenic area is now fully connected to surrounding roads and commercial districts. Visitors can now enjoy a seamless experience that includes visiting the pavilion, taking boat tours, and exploring scenic spots and local delicacies. This comprehensive experience has established the area as a prime route for Citywalk in Nanchang.
