Recently, the steel structure of CSCEC-built new factory building at Thaiya project in Thailand, achieved its topping-out milestone 30 days ahead of schedule.

This project is located in the WHA Rayong 36 Industrial Estate (WHA RY36) in Rayong Province, Thailand, with a total construction area of 80,000 square meters. It encompasses all civil and mechanical-electrical tasks for five individual buildings. Once completed, the project will serve as an overseas warehousing factory in the smart supply chain industry. It is committed to achieving supply chain visualization, management informatization, and intelligent warehousing logistics through more intelligent and efficient management practices.
